Refund policy

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact andrea@andreasschnuckstore.com. Returns should be sent to:

  • UPS/FedEx: Andrea's Schnuck Store, 4892 West Main Street, Berlin OH 44610

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is accepted, you'll receive instructions on how to ship your item back. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

Return the item first, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If shipping to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason without justification, under the same conditions as above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Contact andrea@andreasschnuckstore.com if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
